We store uploaded planning documents and generated reports securely so we can produce and deliver your report; contact us to request deletion of your documents and report data.
How files are used
Uploaded files are private source material for report fulfillment. They are available to authorized administrators and the external planning-analysis workflow used to produce the report.
Retention and deletion
We delete uploaded documents and reports on request unless retention is required for support, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting reasons.
Payments
Stripe processes card payments. PlanningGPT stores payment state, checkout email, and report delivery metadata needed for support and reconciliation.
