Refunds
Manual review, clear support trail.
Refunds are reviewed manually. If PlanningGPT cannot produce a report after payment, the customer can receive a refund or credit through the admin recovery flow.
Launch refund stance
Completed reports are generally not automatically refundable. Admins may issue goodwill refunds or credits case by case.
Failed reports
If a paid report cannot be completed, support can mark the job non-recoverable and issue an auditable credit refund in the ledger.
Support
If you lose a guest report link, contact support with the email used at Stripe Checkout so an admin can locate the payment and access token.
